    3. Barbara, The copy of the 1875 map that I have shows the 2nd Ward as being bordered by High St. on the north, the Miami River on the west, and South Ave. on the south. The east border is sort of spread out so there's not a straight line. Streets included were, High St, Water St., Front St., Second St, Third St. Basin St, Ludlow St., Wood St, Chestnut, Walnut, Washington, Hanover, and Second Sts. The census shows her as having a value of her propterty, so perhaps she owned the house and they others were boarders.
