    3. No, I don't know which union he was president of. Did the unions have different numbers? I remember he worked at one time for Buckeye Pattern Works on the east side of Hamilton around 1949 to about 1953 and he did the same type of work at Fisher Body in Fairfield around 1956/57. He made the wooden patterns for the tailfin on the Cadillac automobile. In this type of trade, he got laid off at least once a year. I'll check with my sisters in California and in France to see if they remember any other places. Thanks, Norma, for your willingness to help.
