Philip Round was not one of those listed. Philip, Jacob and Andrew are all named in the 1807 Tax List for Butler County. Philip was living in Fairfield Township and was the only white male over the age of 21 living in that household. Jacob, same township, two white males over the age of 21; Andrew, same township, one white male over the age of 21. The only one in the 1810 Tax List is Jacob. Only his name is listed - no location. The Ohio Historical Society's web site has the Ohio Adjutant General's Roster of Ohio Men who served from Ohio in the War of 1812. Neither Captain John Wilson nor Philip Round are included in this list. It would appear that Philip may have enlisted with one of the companies from Indiana and I would suggest that you check that state's records.
