was told that Philip Round was in Capt. John Wilson's Co. in the War of 1812, serving on active duty from 6 May1813-29 May 1813 and from 26 July - 26 Aug 1813. I have a copy of the record where he served as a scout/spy in the regular army from 1790 - 1794 during the Indian wars. I can't find the source I was given, showing him in the War of 1812. He is listed in Butler Co. as a " Pioneer" . He was on the 1807 tax rolls for Butler Co. and was the eldest son of Jacob Round. In 1820, he was on the Dearborn Co., Indiana Federal Census. Can someone help me on this :o) Charles Round
