Dear List Members, I am researching a family lineage that includes an ancestor whose death occurred, under suspicious circumstances, in 1910 in Hamilton, Butler County. I have attempted to obtain the inquest & county coroner's reports on this matter but have been told by the Hamilton, Butler County's Coroner's Office that the county Coroner's records for the time period do not exist. It may have been the 1913 flood that explains the absence of the archived Coroner's reports for the period of my interest. Finding Coroner's reports can be a challenge. Does anyone have any idea if the state of Ohio has archived county Coroner's reports in any state library or archives? Has anyone any knowledge of where else I might look to find the information that I am seeking? Thank you, Bette
