I am not researching the Miller family, but I do know a Charles J Miller who owns an insurance agency on Main Street in Batavia, OH which is in Clermont County. Brown County is the next county to the east of Batavia. His wife's name is Juanita and one of their daughters is named Judy. Charles is an elderly man who must be in his 80's or thereabouts.
