I am looking for a connection to John Riley (b?, d1828, Brown County, Ohio) who was married to Joanna/Anna ?(b1805 Kentucky, died 1873 Iowa). According to family histories John died in 1828 raising a log cabin. Joanna married Isaac J. Dawson of Lewis Twp, Brown County. Isaac was the next door neighbor of Levi Riley in the 1820 census. I believe that Levi and John Riley were related and that Joanna was living with Levi after her husband died. Levi and his family came to Ohio from New Jersey and before that Conneticut.
