Diane, If you are unable to get to the courthouse or genealogy society in Brown County, you might want to try posting a query on the Brown County OHGenWeb site to see if anyone can verify your information. There is a form on the site to use http://www.rootsweb.com/~ohbrown/subquery.htm You could also write to the court in Brown County requesting a copy of a birth certificate.     3. I saw your post , and wish to help. Ron Dvorachek has retired, an has been replaced my Her Honor Margaret Clark. To get a birth or death certificate, you need to write to the Brown County Health Dept. Copys used to be a dollar, certified copys were $5.00, BUT now our blessed state has raised Certified copys to $ 15.00...can you beleive that..? Write to; Brown Co. Health Dept. 826 Mt.
