In 1820, Henry B. Gray and his family lived in Ripley, Pleasant Township, Brown County, Ohio. I have anecdotal information that his father may have been named Archibald Gray. There were at least two Archibald Grays in the area during the right timeframe: Archibald Gray born 1754, died 28 Feb 1849 in Highland County, Ohio. He and his wife Elizabeth had at least one child, a son named James Gray, born in 1789. Archibald Gray born about 1757 in Pennsylvania, died about 1819 in Clermont County, Ohio. Wife's name unknown, but he had at least 12 children. Can anyone help me with this?
