I have been trying to find the McKitricks in Ohio for over five years. I had located other children of Thomas and Catherine who had relocated to East Baton Rouge, La. We knew their daughter Catherine had returned to Ohio in about 1851 to care for her mother and had returned to La in 1855 after her mother’s death but we did not know that Thomas was still alive at the time nor did we know that two of Catherine’s brother’s were living there in 1850. So much information, its wonderful what you provided. I have not yet analyzed the data, my verizon line was out of service for a few days and I just got back on line this evening. I have no idea who Sarah is but time will tell. I guess we will have to plan a trip to Brown County next year. By the way Thomas and Catherine McKitrick are my wife’s GG grandparents.
