I had him down as John R. Wallace. Didn't know the R was for Redmond. Since it was Redmond though, did Permelia spell it Redmon or Redmond? I've seen it both ways in the family (including hints at Redman) and was never really sure though most sources I see for Permelia do spell it Redmon. Anyway, their children were: Milla J. Wallace (b. 1833) Catherine Wallace (b. 1834) Reason J. Wallace (b. 1836) John R. (Redmond) Wallace (b. 1838) Thomas Emmett Wallace (b. 1 Apr 1840 in Liberty, Adams County, Ohio - died 11 Aug 1922. Buried in Hickory Ridge Cemetery in Brown County, Ohio) Thomas is my 3rd Great Grandfather.
