Caldwell, pub. 1880 ROBERT RUSSELL - Samuel RUSSELL, of Loudon Co., VA, came to Belmont Co., OH, in 1804, and entered the southwest quarter of Sec. 2, Range 6, Twp. 10, where he reared a large family and died at the advanced age of 95 years and 6 months.
