    3. It should be noted that the 1880 Watkins "History of Belmont and Jefferson Cos." is available on Family Tree Maker CD 450, along with numerous other OH histories. It retails for $50. This is a more inexpensive method to obtain the same information and a lot quicker to obtain than waiting for them to xerox the book. I have obtained hard copies from Higginson and they are fair reproductions, but take a considerable time to acquire. I also have CD 450 and it works well. The book cost $68.00 and has 611 pages. They have a web site where you can print out an order form. www.higginsonbooks.com > When you get to there page just do a search on OHIO and then scroll down to Belmont County to find the book!! It takes six to ten weeks for the book to arrive. I just got mine two weeks ago. I hope this helps Donna indianrun@1st.net
