Looking for information on a John West, his wife Rosanna, born about 1828. They appear in the 1860 Noble county Jefferson Twp Census. They are my great granndparents. Their are William Milton West born about 1847, brother Thomas born about 1854, sister Ellen born about1854, sister Mary born about 1856 and brother Millard born about 1859. John West may not have been the father of William. There is 5 years difference between William and Thomas.
