I am slightly confused, I read all the emails to the list concerning death certificates but don't feel my question was answered by reading them. I would like to order a copy of my great-grandfather's death certificate. His name is Eugene TANEYHILL and he died April 28, 1941 in Barnesville, Belmont Co. Ohio. Where do I send my request, the Belmont Co. Courthouse or Belmont Co. Health Department, and how much do I make my check out for?
