Hi, I am researching the surname Vandine and all of its variants of spellings. My line originally came from Virginia to Ohio around 1810-1820. I am descended from Charles Wesley Vandine b: 1799 who appears first in Jefferson County, then Perry Co. then Ross Co. He married: 1. Eva Palmer 2. Lucinda Brooks. I believe he is related to the Isaac and Walter Vandine listed in Brooke Co. Virginia/ of course now WV. It looks like Isaac may have been his father. Are the Vandines of Belmont Co. of this line? I suspect they are since most say they are b: Virginia. Any help at all would be appreciated. I have lots from Charles to the present. Vandine and Palmer families seemed to marry quite a bit. Thanks.
