Hi, Actually, a small town called West Wheeling, Ohio is closer to Barnesville than Wheeling, WV is. I suppose there could be other towns or villages that use the name Wheeling in that area, but you would need someone more knowledgable than myself on that area. It would make a little more sense that you could herd geese through the smaller town than the bustling town of Wheeling, WV.... Pat
