The header line is noted "Belmont County" Occasionally, I find this items available on the Internet and I like to post them where they may be made available to family members. As Ron Jeffers notes in the message to the Belmont list, there is a letter from Belmont to Loudoun on ebay, Dennis family. I'm the owner/seller of the letter, which I bought at a stamp show in northern VA last June. I had meant to inform this list myself, but didn't want to appear to be putting a 'hard-sell' across .... (not to mention that things are crazily busy at work and kids starting school). I would mention that if anyone wants a copy of this letter, they can send a SASE to me, and it would be neat to enclose a couple of stamps to cover copying costs. I have a long time interest in Belmont/Monroe, and this item really caught my eye at the stamp show. One of these days I'll get lucky and find a letter written to or from one of my ancestors.
