Nevertheless, I have to say I'm satisfied, because I can order CDs, and if I don't find anything I can send them back within 90 days for a refund. Can't beat that! Also, if you speak to them on the telephone they are willing to take the time to help find and recommend CDs that might show your family. So there's lots of customer service. I'd give it a try! Sharon
