An ancestor lived in Belmont Co. OH, but was killed in a car-train accident near Mannington WV. Anybody know where I would look for his Death Certificate? His name was Alvis Toothman. He died from injuries sustained in the accident. His brother, Ellis C Toothman, lived near Mannington and was killed in the accident. Ellis' young son, Kinsey Lee (10 or 12 yrs) was also killed in the accident. This accident happened in 1915. Anyone know where I would begin to find facts about this accident or death records?
