Glenda I'm pretty sure this is the same family. Although the Stephen Hodgin in my husband's line is an uncle to the one you are researching. Your Stephen Hodgin was the son of William Hodgin & Agnes Childery ( I and my Stephen is his brother. I don't have a great lot on William's kids but will tell you what I know. l have names for 11 children in that family. I'll get back with you by later today or tomorrow after I look it up.
