I now have found the parents of my William Gardner b 1828 and his brother Jarrett both being born in Belmont Co. Ohio. My William married Mary Elizabeth Franks and Jarrett married Elizabeth Jane Gosney. I found these two marriages for Washington in Belmont Co. I think he was married a 3rd time to a Rebecca who is the 31 year old female on the 1850 census.
