William SMITH b. 5 Sep 1852 Belmont Co. Ohio. Parents William P. SMITH, b. 11 Feb 1825, and Catherine (CARRYBILL??), b. about 1831. A William SMITH married Catherine CAMPBELL 29 Mar 1849 in Belmont Co. Ohio. I trying to establish if these could be my g-g-grandparents? Does anyone have knowledge of this family? My SMITH’s moved to Wayne Co. IL. shortly after the birth of William in 1852 and had 2 more sons, Malen and James A. Any help would be appreciated. Even if someone has knowledge proving this marriage was not my William and Catherine Smith. Thanks, Bob Jones
