I hope to visit St. Clairsville sometime this fall and would like some pointers on research so that I won't waste too much time looking for information. What information may be found at the courthouse and what are the hours? I am new at this -- do I see the county clerk at the courthouse? Where can I find copies of wills, birth, marriage, death and naturalization certificates? Are there other facilities nearby that I need to visit? Would it be a good idea to visit the Barnesville library? Are county census's available somewhere?
