The book "Tombstone Inscriptions and Family Records of Belmont Co., OH" by Esther Weygandt Powell, I do not believe covers all cemeteries in the county. Not only that, but the readings for each cemetery are not necessarily complete either. Mrs. Powell mostly recorded the tombstones that were of people born before 1840, altho. there are some recorded for those born after that year.
