    2. On my recent research trip to the area I made copies of several items, concerning Bellaire and the area, from the Wheeling newspaper. I thought I would share the "extra" things I found, in hopes that someone can use the info. As time permits I will contribute what I have. This is from the Wheeling Intelligencer for Thursday, August 9, 1906. The Courts (From St. Clairsville) Marriage License James C. SNYDER and Mattie G. HARRIS, both of Somerton Steve NAGG and Irene GYURN, both of Crescent Julius TALAROVICT and Julia TALAROVICT, both of Maryland Joseph H. BURNETT and Mary HAROLD, both of Bellaire New Cases Among the new cases filed in Common Pleas Court is that of Luther E. GOODSON against the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad, in which he asks $10,000 damages for injuries received at a railroad crossing about a year ago. Christina VANCUREN in an action against Howard A. WHITACRE, administrator of the estate of Lydia A. VANCUREN, asks $854 for services rendered to the deceased in her lifetime. Joe BOLAC asks for a divorce from Aloisoe BOLAC on the grounds of adultery. Anna BENEDEK asks for a divorce from Anrew Pal BENEDEK on grounds of willful absence. Probate Court W. W. COWEN was appointed commissioner of insolvents as provided by law upon giving bond in sum of $1,000. In estate Edgar I. GARRISON, dec'd, appraisement of real estate was ordered. In estate of Michael DEAN, dec'd, appraisement was ordered. Appraisement confirmed and public sale ordered. The will of Henry KRAFT, dec'd, was admitted to probate. C. W. RODEWIG appointed executor. Bond $1,000. Albert LUCHS, Richard KANE, and Victor MILLER appointed appraisers. In estate of Mary PROUT, dec'd, public sale of real estate ordered. The will of Augusta KRAFT, dec'd, admitted to probate. In assignment of Sol WEILL, private sale of property ordered. Sale confirmed. In estate of Rachel S. HUKILL, dec'd, Alexander HUKILL appointed administrator. Bond $4,500. In guardianship of Randolph DAVIS, insane, W. O. CHAPPELL was appointed guardian. Bond $1,200. In matter of will of Amy PHOEBUS, dec'd, Annie L. BARTHOLOMEW appointed administratrix with will annexed. Bond $700. The will of Silas J. AULT, dec'd, was admitted to probate. In estate Samuel McFETRIDGE, dec'd, appraisement of real estate ordered.
