Many of the pictures feature local VIPs of the day and record historic events at the time as well, such as floods. The CD features not only photos, but also images from color postcards which were popular at that time. "The CD contains more than 70 historic photographs from the decade of the 1890s presented in browsable pages, in a unique screen saver format with background music provided by the Wheeling Symphony Orchestra conducted by Rachel Worby, and in an historical account format with audio narration. In addition to all these features the CD contains a web link page with 30 plus links to local businesses and tourism sites along with the Heritage Tour Sites Map," said Carra.
