Can someone please tell me who I should be contacting to obtain copies of obituaries that appeared in one or both of those newspapers? I am looking for Albert A. Loase, who died 26 Jan 1976 and his son, William E. Loase, who died 24-Dec-2001 whose obituary appeared in the Leader-Times on 25-Dec-2001 and in the Barnesville E on 02-Jan-2004 I am more than willing to pay someone for time and copies, I just don't know who provides this service in Belmont County..
