Hi, Does anyone have information on Thomas Sinclair who married Margaret Duncan, married March 21 1823 in Belmont Co., Ohio. I also have him in Richland Twp., Muskingum Co., Ohio in 1835. I suspect that they had a daughter Elizabeth Ann Sinclair born 1826, and a son Samuel Sinclair born about 1844 in Ohio. I am looking for proof that Elizabeth and Samuel are the children of Thomas and Margaret Sinclair. I also have Thomas Sinclair (59) and Samuel Sinclair (14) in the 1860, US Census for Cumberland, Spencer Twp, Guernsey Co., Ohio . Elizabeth Ann Sinclair married Samuel Francis in 1846 in Muskingum Co., Ohio. In the 1850 US Census for Muskingum Co., Ohio, Samuel and Elizabeth Francis has a Samuel Sinclair (6) living with them. In 1855 they moved to Adair Co., Mo. Samuel and Elizabeth Ann (Sinclair) Francis are my G-Grandparents. I thank you for any information that you can give me. Richard Swank

I could find nothing on these two, in THE CENTENNIAL HISTORY OF BELMONT COUNTY OHIO, by McKelvey...nor, is the marriage of Thomas and Margaret included in the Belmont Co courthouse records......sorry.
