In the 1850 US Census Samuel and Elizabeth Francis has a Samuel Sinclair, 6 years old, living with them, but in 1860 US Census for Spencer Twp., Guerney Co., Ohio, Samuel Francis was living with a Thomas Francis and George Stockwell and his family. On the 1860 US Census for Spencer Twp., Guerney Co., Ohio just above the George Stockwell family that has Thomas and Samuel Sinclair living with them, is a John R. Duncan.
