I am hoping to connect with someone related to this family. Am trying to track down parents of William's mother Laura Belle Stull Foster ( 1870-1945). William was informant for Laura's death certificate ( OHio) but did not know her parents at the time. Perhaps they are known now by someone else researching the family? Laura Belle Stull b. 1870, Middlebourne, West Va. and died 1945 Colerain, Belmont County, Ohio. She married Frank B. Foster. Lived mostly in West Va. until after her husband's death and she grew elderly. \ Other siblings of William are Lilli, Howard, Virginia, Waldo, Katherine, Charlotte, Louisa, and George.
