I have been browsing the photos on the web site, and I can make out the titles on some of the ledgers, such as "Inheritance Tax Record & Journal," "Settlement Accounts, Executors, Administrators," and "Journal - Probate Court." Does anyone know if this means that there are probate cases that are not in the ledgers in the probate court in the courthouse? Also is there any way at this time to access these new records? My ggg-grandparents, Philip & Mary Wise died in Belmont County in 1829 and 1846 respectively, but there are no probate records for them in the courthouse.
