I am researching the Joseph Robinson/Elizabeth Fowler family. I believe they came from Calvert Co., MD to Belmont Co., OH between 1831 and 1840. Family tradition is that both died young, leaving two children, John W. Robinson, born 1830 and Barbara Jane Robinson (married a Bodain), born 1831. The Robinson children were raised by Kinsey and Isabella Skinner, thought to be kinsmen. Kinsey Skinner married Isabella Fowler in Belmont Co. on 23 Dec. 1837. Joseph and Elizabeth's daughter, Barbara Jane, was living with the Jesse and Dorcas Fowler family by 1860. Are these people familiar to anyone? I believe that Barbara Jane Robinson Bodain is buried at Harmony Cemetery. Can anyone do a lookup for Joseph and Elizabeth Robinson in a cemetery transcription book? I do not know the exact dates of death, but their children are with other family members by 1850. Many thanks, Ruth
