Sarah Grammer and 2. Jane Updike in 1799. Edward Milner had extensive land holdings in Belmont County, Ohio. I am also looking for descendants of Edward Milner in Ohio. I have a photocopy of his probated last will and testament, and know that he died about 1831 near Morristown, Ohio and that he lived in Union Township, Belmont County, Ohio. If his name was misspelled on the tax rolls he may have lived in Belmont County from about 1806. Edward Milner also had a brother named Joseph, born about 1748-1749 in England that moved with his branch of the family to Columbiana County, Ohio about the same time.
