I would greatly appreciate if someone would do a 1880 census, Belmont County, lookup for me. I am looking for John A. Wise possibly in Rock Hill, Ohio. Wife is Mary Agnes - I trying to find out where her parents were born and it should say on the 1880 census. The other one is John Oswald and wife Anna in Belmont County - possibly Bellaire - not real sure. I truly appreciate ANY help or suggestions on how to get his information. Thank you so very much!
