I am looking for the parents of Lemuel Watts. He was born abt 1800-1807 probably in the area of Washington County, PA, Jefferson, Harrison or Belmont County in Ohio. William Watt & wife Eleanor, took up land in Harrison County, Ohio, abt 1807. The land document says they were from Washington County, PA. William and Eleanor might be Lemuel's parents. Also found reference to a William Watt being born in that area abt 1775, son of Samuel Watt. Cross Creek Cemetery, in Washington County, PA, has a Samuel Watt, who died 17 Jan 1805, ae 66 yrs.
