Jae, Re: Maria Copeland living with a founder of the Methodist church. Exactly what Methodist church was that?? My Davey & Harris ancestors also helped start the Baileys Mills Methodist church. It sits by the side of the road, is brick & has beautiful stained glass windows. I had the privilege of visiting it a few years ago. I also have a picture taken outside the church about 1900. I would love to have some of those folks identified. Is this the church you are talking about??
