Hello, Hoping someone would have access to a newspaper in Belmont County, Ohio for the date of Feb 5, 1936. I am looking for an obit for Charles A. EDDY who died on this date. He is buried in Rockhill Cemetery in Belmont County. I sure would appreciate any help on finding an obit as I cannot find a death certificate at all and hoping it was announced in the local paper.
