    3. Please don't give up on looking for cemetaries in Belmont Co., OH. I searched for a couple of years for the Old Dutch Cemetery and it was in someones front-yard way off the beaten track. The Alexander Cemetery may be in the same situation. Have you tried the Historical Societies of Belmont Co. I know one is called Cumberland something and their records are at the St. Clairsville Library and the other one has loads of records at the Barnesville Library.

    3. Could the Alexander Cemetery be the Scotch Ridge Cemetery in Pease twp, Belmont County? It is at the site of the pioneer Alexander and Pickens family, and the Moore and Parry family as well as Mitchell, McConnaughy and others.....
