I found the following O'TOOLE birth records at the Belmont County Courthouse last week. They are the sister and brothers of my great-grandmother, Margaret O'TOOLE. I'm interested in finding out if there are any other siblings and contacting any of their descendants. I understand that some of them may have stayed in Belmont and some moved to Columbus, OH.
