I believe my Davis's were in Belmont County by 1800 (give or take a few years). I wonder if anyone else researching that name in Belmont County knows where their Davis's were prior to moving there. Our family always thought Pennsylvania, but I don't know which county. I would appreciate hearing from anyone researching Davis's in Belmont County around 1800 (or prior) and whether they know their family's prior migration pattern.
