    3. Earl, Noble County, OH does abutt Washington County. I believe the place your looking for is Rinard's Mill. I can't find my Washington County map. I don't know if Rinard's Mill is in Auerlius Twp. I live very close to that township. I do believe that Rinard's Mill is in Washington County, though. I have a friend that was a map maker for Washington County. I'll ask her where it is.
