Evening folks, I plan on making a quick daytrip from Columbus OH to St. Clairsville on Monday July 3, 2000. Could someone please tell me exactly which records are available from the courthouse? I see listings on the net that are confusing. I see birth certificates available at born the heath department and the courthouse.
