I would also be interested in such a History of Businessburg. There's a white block building there that people of the area use as a visual for where Businessburg was - they say it's a mine entrance. It doesn't sound like it was ever a large, bustling place but they talk about a couple of general stores that are no longer there. I've heard talk of at least 2 floods along Pipe Creek that swept houses, etc. away - one more recent - like in the 80's or 90's. Also heard about a once-popular nightclub type place - the Zanzibar (sp?) that is long-gone. I know there are some of list-members that reside there along Pipe Creek - can you help us out?
