When doing a roll call, or posting ANY query, we need to place the actual subject in the subject slot. Remember, the name of the game is to get those names of ours 'out there', anywhere we can. Many folks surf the rootsweb archives, reading those that catch their eye or have names of interest in the subjects.....anddon't bother with all those with 'non-subject' subjects like roll call, genealogy, or brick wall. Many are also on lots of these lists and delete all postings without specific subjects ..... the ideal subject line has a full name and date, even if an approximate one.
