William T. Graham was born January 9, 1834, in Monroe Co., Ohio, moved and married in Wayne Co., Illinois and died in Phillips Co., Kansas in 1912. Does anyone have any idea who his parents might be? I haven't as yet found him on an 1850 census. Any help on this family appreciated. Jerilyn

It is my best guess having looked at all the heads of families in the 1850 Monroe Co census: 1850 OH Monroe Co Malaga tsp: Thomas Graham 51 farmer IRE (his age is probably incorrect) Mary Graham 36 VA William Graham 13 OH Sarah Graham 9 OH Elisabeth Graham 3 OH Susan Graham 2 OH Ann Graham 80 IRE IN 1860 OH Monroe Co Malaga Thomas Graham 57 IRE Mary " 47 VA William " 23 OH rest of family The 1880 census info of William and Clarissa Graham, which I think you already have, lists his parents as born in IRE and SC. I believe the SC is incorrect info. I am not researching this family. I hope this is helpful. I am also sending this info to the Monroe Co List because it relates to that county.
