I looked for these folks in THE CENTENNIAL HISTORY OF BELMONT COUNTY, by McKelvey.....I didn't find them but thought I'd pass along this, in case it might prove to be a son of the Wm Trigg you're seeking ----surely with an odd last name like Trigg, they are somehow related. One thought: might the "Mrs. Mary Bishop" age 40 who m. John Robinson, age 55 on March 31, 1874 could be of interest to you? To further lend credence to this line of thinking, found in World Family Tree Volume 125, Tree 338, that a Sarah Sally Triggs, b. 5 Mar 1803, Ohio,& d. March 1870 Lucas Co., Iowa. Now this Sarah was the dau. of William Triggs, b. 1784, Bedford Co. VA. and he died in 1813, VA. Sarah Sally m. 30 apr 1831, Lawrence Co. Ohio to John Cumpston.
