Pam, I think the LDS filming is definitely the ideal way to go as it will make the records available worldwide. However, I believe the organizing would need to be done prior to the filming. So all the great ideas for generating volunteers are absolutely wonderful. I hope some of them might work out. I will contact the people who were in charge of the last filming and see if they have any recommendations.
