    3. Larry, When posting a query, you should always give some dates for your folks....other wise, how do we know where to look? I may have someone of the surname you research in the 18th century, but not earlier or later. -----Original Message----- From: Larry Boswell <lrb5820@earthlink.net> To: OHBELMON-L@rootsweb.com <OHBELMON-L@rootsweb.com> Date: Sunday, July 16, 2000 11:49 PM Subject: [OHBELMON-L] Boswell/Waller > > Would appreciate any information about Benjamin Boswell and/or > Molina Amanda Waller of Belmont/Guernsey County, Ohio. > > Thanks. > >--- Larry Boswell >--- lrb5820@earthlink.net > > >

    1. [OHBELMON-L] Christina Armstrong Crozier (ca 1800 - 1836)
    2. Nancy Albritton
    3. Looking for Christina Armstrong Crozier (1805 - 1836). She was married to James Crozier in Belmont County in 1825 - had 4 children - Anna, George D, Mary and Robert - and died in May 1836 in Belmont County. James & Christina lived in Mead Twp, near Businessburg, and I believe that's where she died. James remarried to a Jane Clarke about a year after Christina's death. All the children were less than 10 years old when their mother died. Anna married John Hammond, then Tommy Johnston George D married Margaret Boyd - died in 1907 in Businessburg Mary married John V Jones Robert married Sarah Simmons, then Elizabeth Fowler - died in Barnesville 1907 I have reason to believe that her parent's were George & Mary Armstrong & she may have had a younger sister, Elizabeth - I believe they also lived in Belmont County - perhaps also Mead Twp. George died between 1840 & 1850 and Mary was listed as Head of Household in the 1850 Census. If anyone has a book of tombstones inscribtions, could you please check them for either Christina Armstrong Crozier or her father, George Armstrong. I'd like to visit the graves of these two people - but have had no luck finding them yet. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Nancy Peoria, IL

    3. I checked on my CD of Ohio marriages 1798-1850, and there are no marriages in Belmont for anyone of that name, any spelling. I did note these other spellings in marriages of other Ohio counties...thought you might want to keep them in mind when you are researching: Kingry, Kingrie, Kingrey, Kingray and Kingra....
