Here's a few BURLEYs I have in my lines : Franklin "Frank" BURLEY (born circa August 1877 OH) married 29 May 1900 in Athens County,OH Lizzie DOUGLAS (born circa December 1880 Athens Co.,OH) They were living in Monroe Twp., Perry Co.,OH by June 1900. - - - - - - - Martha BURLEY (born 1829 OH) * Her father born in NY and mother born in OH. married 16 June 1854 Athens County,OH Joseph DOUGLAS (b.abt.1835 OH- d.29 Dec 1897 Athens Co.,OH) They lived in Alexander Twp. and Lodi Twp. That's all I got on BURLEYs. I have more on DOUGLAS. I also noticed a few of mine DOUGLAS' being buried in Jerseyville Cemetery in Jerseyville, along with a Flora Josephine (BARNHILL) DOUGLAS.
